  3. Security: You’re responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and any activity under your account.

  1. Plans & Fees: Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms are posted on our website.
  2. Billing Cycle: Your subscription renews automatically each billing period unless you cancel at least 48 hours before the next charge.
  3. Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. After 14 days, all fees are non-refundable.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ClientAmp, its officers, and employees from any claim, liability, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ends and you remain liable for any unpaid fees.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, NY.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We’ll post the revised Terms with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
